A COVID-19 update from Ballance

23 March 2020

A message to our customers

No doubt you are being inundated with various messages as the COVID-19 situation rapidly evolves, so we'll keep this short and to the point.

Ballance, SealesWinslow and Super Air are open for business and we know you are too. Agricultural is an essential service, that includes us, your fertiliser, feed and spreader experts.

Rest assured, we are taking every precaution to keep our members, families and communities safe and healthy, while helping to keep the agricultural sector running. We are and have been following a very strict set of protocols.

Operating when the rest of the country is being shut down is a privilege and comes with huge responsibility. If we breach any of the strict Government protocols we will have the privilege withdrawn.

Locally made with a local supply network

Ballance and SealesWinslow are New Zealand companies, we produce our products locally. We have good stock levels and, if needed, we have contingency plans in place to ensure we can continue to supply our key products.

Our supply teams, including merchants and spreaders, will continue to operate as normal but with increased precautions.

I want to encourage you all to look after yourselves and your families as we all move into a different way of working and living for the next four weeks. Good hand hygiene, maintaining the 2 metre distancing and minimising socialising are critical. That said, It is important that we stay connected over this period so please use technology to reach out to us if you have any questions.
