February marks the return of A New Zealand Food Story to our screens, proudly brought to you by the Ballance Farm Environment Awards. The series, now in its third season, follows award-winning chef and owner of Auckland restaurant Ahi, Ben Bayley, visiting food producers across New Zealand, celebrating what they do and flying the flag for farmers and growers through something we all love – food!
Season three features two previous Ballance Farm Environment Awards entrants; Ian Knowles of Glenmark Springs (2023 Canterbury Regional Supreme Winner) and Talbert de Jong of Southern Belle Orchards (2015 Waikato Regional Supreme Winners).
A New Zealand Food Story can be viewed on TVNZ1 and TVNZ+ between 24 February and 30 March 2024 at 7pm.
