Rural waste recycling

Have you heard about the Agrecovery rural recycling programme happening throughout August and September?

Ballance is proud to be sponsoring this initiative that offers farmers and growers the opportunity to sustainably dispose of agrichemical containers, unwanted agrichemicals, used motor oil, seed and feed bags, and soft plastics like silage and bale wrap.

Agrecovery is part of a Rural Waste Minimisation Project, designed to tackle some of the barriers to recycling that New Zealand’s rural communities face.

Registrations to the events are limited however, so if you have a store of the above items that you’d like to get rid of, head to to find out more and get registered.
