Have a go on our My Pasture Planner virtual reality unit and receive a voucher to add a Total N Test onto your soil test.

1.       The Promoter is Ballance Agri-Nutrients Limited, 161 Hewletts Road, Mount Maunganui, Tauranga.

2.       By participating each individual will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.

3.       The Promotion is conducted via the My Pasture Planner virtual reality unit in the Ballance tent at Mystery Creek Fieldays.

4.       To receive a voucher, eligible participants must have a go on our My Pasture Planner virtual reality unit.

5.       Limited to one voucher per customer.

6.       Participants agree to their names being published and to be photographed and/or interviewed by Ballance Agri-Nutrients. Ballance Agri-Nutrients may use their names and such photographs and/or interviews for publicity purposes.

7.       The voucher is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

8.       Every participant will be given a voucher for a Total N Test to be added to their next soil test purchase (valid for up to 5 transects).  Worth NZD $70.00. 

9.       The voucher is for the Total N part of the soil test only, the remainder of the soil test will need to be paid for by the customer.

10.   The promotion starts on 12 June 2019 and closes on 15 June 2019.

11.   Vouchers will be given at the time of participation.

12.   Vouchers can be redeemed through your Ballance Nutrient Specialist or by calling customer Services on 0800 222 090.

13.   Vouchers expire on 31 December 2019, soil test must be booked in by this date. 

14.   Full details of the promotion will be given in writing upon request.

15.   Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, Ballance Agri-Nutrients and their employees are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using their voucher.

16.   Employees of Ballance Agri-Nutrients are not eligible to receive a voucher. Participants do not need to be customers of Ballance Agri-Nutrients.

17.   Under the Privacy Act 1993, all individuals have the right to access and correct their personal information by contacting Ballance Agri-Nutrients in writing to Ballance Agri-Nutrients Limited Personal Information, Marketing Department, Private Bag 12-503, Tauranga.

18.   By participating in the promotion, participants are deemed to have given Ballance Agri-Nutrients consent to contact them for marketing purposes.
