Round the Farm Table

Ballance is a proud sponsor of the New Zealand Farm Environment Trust’s Round the Farm Table project. Round the Farm Table has been designed to promote the Ballance Farm Environment Awards, celebrate its success stories, attract future entrants and keep them top of mind in the industry.

The features will run inside the front cover of Farmer’s Weekly on a monthly basis and celebrate the wonderful people who farm and grow here in New Zealand, the healthy and beautiful land of which they are stewards, and the world-class food they produce.

Round the Farm Table is part of a wider piece of work for us around BFEA. This includes creating a development programme for emerging farmers that feeds into the awards, as well as generally increasing interest and engagement around the awards.

“The New Zealand Farm Environment Trust is thrilled to be working with Ballance on a series of stories which highlight just some of our country's humble but impressive farmers and growers,” said NZFEAT general manager James Ryan.

“Globally, there is demand for high-quality food that has been produced to the highest standards.

“The Ballance Farm Environment Awards shines the light on inspiring examples of environmental stewardship and innovative food production.

“The Trust is grateful of the generous support of Ballance to deliver this exciting initiative.”
