SustaiN reduces the amount of nitrogen lost to the atmosphere by 50%*, compared to standard urea. SustaiN is a granular urea product, coated in AGROTAIN®: a patented nitrogen stabiliser (NBPT). This means SustaiN provides a more effective use of nitrogen for your pasture or crops, one of the most important nutrients for plant growth. SustaiN can be used all year round, with no need to wait for rainfall.

Directions for use
The most reliable responses to fertiliser N occur when the plant is actively growing (e.g. for pasture, when grass is 40-50 mm in length with adequate time (3-6 weeks) allowed between application and subsequent grazing).
Nitrogen response will not be maximised if soil temperature, moisture or lack of other plant nutrients is limiting plant growth. The optimum timing for fertiliser N applications is when soil temperatures are above 7 degrees.
Livestock safety
Warning: Short pre-grazing intervals may expose livestock to potentially unsafe levels of urea. Do not graze animals if visible fertiliser is present on pasture.
It is an offence to feed this product to animals.
Crop-safety
This product may include up to 1.5% biuret. Some crops are sensitive to urea or biuret specifically, seek advice before using SustaiN for the first time on a crop (or at higher rates or different timing than used previously).
Storage information
To maintain product quality, SustaiN should be stored in cool, dry conditions, and should not be stored for a prolonged period.
