As we all enter the second half of the nationwide lockdown at Alert Level 4, we wanted to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to you, our customers.
Moving into the unknown of a nationwide lockdown as the Autumn season was ramping up was always going to require some quick thinking and kiwi ingenuity.
And while there has been the odd bump in the road, we are incredibly proud of our team for keeping us running as an essential service. Thank you for your patience and your words of encouragement to our people as we’ve negotiated this unchartered territory together!
Demand for the season has been strong, especially as many of you are managing increased stock levels on farm. Our focus is on ensuring a steady supply of product across the country to meet your needs.
Working to the safe practice protocols does mean it can take a little longer for our stores to dispatch orders. If you are looking to mix grass seed with your fertiliser product, please contact your local service centre in advance. Under the safe practice protocols our team need a little more time to get the people and product safety requirements sorted beforehand.
With rain becoming a more regular visitor to many regions, there is still time to get your Autumn nitrogen application. Many of you have already taken the opportunity to chat with your nutrient specialist about a drought recovery plan before the barometer drops. Give the team a call if you need any support.
Alert Level 3
Our team of nutrient specialists continue to be available via email and phone for advice as you look to manage your fertiliser and feed requirements throughout the season.
Once we move back to Alert Level 3, the team will also be available for on-farm visits for crop inspections or urgent soil tests within their local area. Any farm visits must meet strict physical distancing requirements – so lots of open-air outdoor chats at a comfortable social distance rather than a yarn at the kitchen table or in the farm ute!
