Ballance has a team of expert technical sales representatives covering the country from North Cape to Bluff. All Ballance sales staff are tertiary qualified in the use of the Overseer nutrient budgeting software; most have university qualifications in a farming-related subject, and most also come from a strong farming background. Ballance sales staff work with their customers to provide nutrient recommendations that will help maintain or enhance productivity and profitability, without harming the environment.
